EASY PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Is what you purchased not quite right for you? Then exchange it! We strive really hard to make our Product Exchange Policy convenient and painless as possible. In just 4 easy steps you can exchange your product.
- SUBMIT A REQUEST: Click "submit a request" button below and fill out the form
- RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Receive return authorization (RA) form with the exact return address and a shipping label (may take 48-72 hours)
- SHIP IT BACK: Print and attach the provided UPS shipping label as well as the RA form to the outside of the box
- RECEIVE REPLACEMENTS: Once the merchandise is received your replacements will be shipped within 72 hours
WHAT CAN I EXCHANGE?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange products in new/unused condition within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
- Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
- All Wheel & Tire Packages
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING FEES?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a TrickRides error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:

Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by TrickRides, a return shipping label will be provided.
